Sparring is the closest we can get to a real fighting situation.  It requires you to to apply your knowledge of TaeKwonDo learned in class and combine with speed, accuracy, force and focus.


​As Bruce Lee said " If you want to learn to swim jump into the water. On dry land no frame of mind is ever going to help you."
